The development of rainwaters in water catchments and canals located in the city of Sopot passing into the Gulf of Gdańsk. Direct, material effects of the project will be: construction of 6 storage tanks – underground and canal, with a total capacity of 139.2 m³ and construction of a rainwater drainage network with a total length of 2.13 km. The main objective of the project is to carry out actions to reduce vulnerability to climate change by preventing the negative effects of extreme weather events and by increasing resilience to climate change. As a result of this project, the risk of flooding and flooding in the Municipality of Sopot will be reduced, and this will affect 33 833 people.
