The planned project will consist of the remediation and rehabilitation of the coking plant in Orzegowo with restoration of existing historic buildings. Specific soil pollution forces the administrators of the area to neutralise them safely so that they do not pose a threat to the inhabitants of Orzegów, tourists and the existing fauna and flora. The area now operates as a wild urban area with unregulated greenery, post-industrial ruins and significant chemical pollution. In the southern zone there is a series of devastated buildings that testify to the important industrial importance of the area. Most of the land is covered with successive vegetation, which has never been regulated by the city. The areas directly at the old technological sequence are neglected and accidentally overgrown with low and high greenery.
