The main objective of the project is to halt the decline of green areas in Mszczonów. 1: Development of urban green areas – greenery accompanying streets (linear objects)- gross cost 1 656 233.31 PLN, 2: Development of urban green areas – park greenery (surface facilities) – Błonia in Mszczonów – gross cost 404 083.50 PLN, 3: Development of urban greenery – greenery accompanying housing at ul. Józef Poniatowski (settled green) – gross cost 36 772.31 PLN, 4: Development of urban greenery – greenery around the fire reservoir at ul. Grójecka, gross cost of PLN 33 301.77, 5: Development of urban greenery – square at ul. Grójecka,- gross cost 25 732.62 PLN, 6: Investor supervision, – gross cost of PLN 48 324.24, 7: Project management – gross cost of PLN 324,000, 8: Preparation of project documentation – gross cost of PLN 88 946.99, 9: Promotion.- gross cost of PLN 30 000, Additionally, the project is planned for unforeseen expenses of PLN 280 440.00 gross. Elements that go beyond greenery include: — ass. 1: 2 bike racks, 2 bird feeders, 60 creeps, – ass. 2: making a path with mineral surface and wooden palisade, 4 park benches, 5 park deck chairs, 3 birdhouses, 1 observation telescope, – ass. 3: 1 park bench, 3 birdhouses, butt. 4: fence along the reservoir (60.00 mb), concrete curbs (30.00 mb), 3 park benches. The area covered by the project totals 7.12 ha, of which 6.61 ha is a new area (the area of new sites will amount to 92.84 %).
