Redevelopment of green areas in Świdnica

The investment consisting of the revalorisation of the Central Park and the investment consisting of the revalorisation of the Władysław Sikorski Park will be carried out in stages. Stages I work in these tasks focus on green regeneration (sanitary and composition section of trees, lawn stands, planting of greenery), low and high lighting, installation of small architecture elements – benches, garbage baskets, dog excrement baskets, bicycle racks and the construction/reconstruction of bicycle and pedestrians. In phase II, additional actions are planned, i.e.: related to the safety of parks (monitoring), increasing user comfort (e.g. gazebos, reconstruction and expansion of the sports hall including: glazed cafe/restaurant, public toilets, parking) and other buildings and facilities that increase the attractiveness of parks: bridges, fountain of aerating appliances, bird preferences, organisation of a rock garden at a lookout point, etc. Phase I and Stage II of each task shall be technically and financially independent. The stage of care and implementation of greenery and the construction of pedestrians and bicycles, along with elements of small architecture and lighting – is a separate task – after their completion the park will be able to function independently of the implementation of the elements of stage II. The implementation of Stage Two is conditional on the financial situation of the beneficiary.
