The project is located in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the functional area of Bytomia in the districts of Łagiewniki and Szombierki, by the border with Zabrze and Świętochłowice, along the flowing Bytomka river. The area is bordered by previously revitalised areas, including in recreational direction: golf courses, walking and cycling paths and residential areas, in particular located on a neighbouring plot and a residential area entered in the register of monuments. The area of the project consists of undeveloped and undeveloped land, environmentally degraded and needing rehabilitation, and permanently neglected.
