The main part of the project is the construction of the S7 expressway on the Koszwali – Elbląg section with a total length of 39.63 km, which is entirely located in the TEN-T core network. This investment consists of two project tasks: • Task 1: Koszwali – Nowy Dwór Gdański, • Task 2: Nowy Dwór Gdański – Kazimierzowo. The beginning of this investment is located at the end of the Gdańsk Ring Road in km 17 + 482,61. The route was designed partly on a new track (for details see RSW, section 1.3.1.), the end of the investment was located in km 57 + 116.45, behind Elbląg West (currently: “Kazimirowo”. The project will be implemented in a traditional system. The S7 expressway between Gdańsk and Elbląg is part of the trans-European transport networks and is located in the core pan-European corridor TEN-T (Baltic Sea – Adriatic Sea, Gdańsk – Warsaw – Katowice) in accordance with EU Regulation 1315/2013.
