The project aims to build an expressway S19 Lublin – Rzeszów, odc. w. Lublin Węglin – w. Kraśnik South with a length of 41.93 km. The project consists of three sections of the project: 1. Part no. 1 – w. Lublin Węglin (without a node) – w. Nie doorzwica Duża (with a node) – from km 0 + 000.00 to km 12 + 046,36; 2. Part No. 2 – w. Nie doorzwica Large (without a node) – w. Kraśnik Północ (without a node) – from km 12 + 046.36 to km 32 + 000,00; 3. Part No. 3 – w. Kraśnik Północ (with a node) – w. Kraśnik Południe (with a knot) – from km 32 + 000.00 to km 41 + 934,40; The investment is implemented in the Design & Build system. A two-way cross-section with two lanes (and a reserve for additional lanes for the 2x3 lanes target section) and an emergency lane, adapted to the forecast traffic level, is provided for the entire section of the investment. The road junctions designed, as part of this investment, will allow safe communication and distribution of traffic on the rest of the road network and the operation of adjacent land through the network of service roads. The project, including the S19 expressway, is located in Lubelskie Voivodeship, Lublin County in the following areas: the communes of Konopnica, Niedrzwica Duża and Strzyżewice and in Kraśnik County, Wilkołaz and Kraśnik, and Kraśnik.
