This project covers the construction of the Szczecinek bypass along the S11 expressway, located in the TEN-T comprehensive network with a total length of 11.98 km. This bypass was designed as a road on the technical and functional parameters of “S”, running a new footprint on the north and east side of the city and the Szczecinek commune. The designed bypass features a two-way cross-section with two lanes (2x2), a dividing belt and an emergency lane. The project includes the construction of 2 road junctions, single-level intersections, engineering facilities, construction and reconstruction of sections of other transverse roads, construction of environmental protection devices, road safety and traffic organisation equipment, elements of road and rail traffic management system, rainwater drainage system from road surfaces, road lighting, construction and reconstruction of armament, i.e. electricity, water, gas, thermal, telecommunication, railway installations and equipment. The route initially runs along the Kołobrzeg – Szczecinek railway line until the intersection from the street.
