The main part of the project is the construction of the Kłodzka ring road within the national road No. 33 with the parameters of the GP class road together with the construction of the connector within dk 46 with the parameters of the G-class road with a total length of 9.191 km. The project is complemented by the renovation of the section of national road No. 33 with a length of approx. It’s 2,388 miles. The entire project is located in the town of Kłodzko and the Kłodzko commune in Kłodzko County (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship). The beginning of the development of the western bypass was adopted in the district of Książkówka, where the planned national road No. 33 connects with national road No. 8. The end of the study is a connection with national road No 33 in the area of Żelazno. The beginning of the development of a ring road within the national road no. 46 (the so-called connecting road) on the eastern side of the town of Kłodzka is connected with the existing national road No. 46 in Jaszkowa Dolna, while the end of the route connects with national road No. 33 in the area of ul. It’s Wyspianski. The project is implemented on the basis of yellow FIDIC in the optimisation and build system. On the projected bypass of the city of Kłodzka, within national roads 33 and 46 there is a single-lane cross-section with 1x2 system. The road junctions and junctions designed as part of the investment enable safe communication and distribution of traffic on the rest of the road network and the operation of adjacent terrain via the access road network.
