The project consists of 3 stages implemented in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. The gas pipeline route runs through the area of the municipality of Słopnice and Kamienica commune (Limanowski), while the gas pipeline route s/c runs through Kamienica commune, Łącko commune (now Sądecki), Ochotnica Dolna commune, Krościenko nad Dunajcem commune and Szczawnica commune (Novetarski). A reduction and measurement station will be built in the municipality of Kamienica. The gas network s/c and connections included in the project are located in the town of Szczawnica. In 5 out of the 6 communes covered by the project, there is currently no infrastructure to supply gas, nor a network bringing gas to the boundaries of individual municipalities. The gas is fed from the north to the municipality of Słopnice, where there is a reduction-measurement station. The SECTION The project is trans-regional in nature. The project allows to connect customers from the district of Szczawnica – there will be connections and direct impact of the project will occur. After the construction of sections of the gas network, the project will give the possibility to connect customers from certain localities located in the municipalities: Kamienica, Łącko, Volunteer Dolna, Krościenko nad Dunajcem, Szczawnica. Moreover, the construction of a high pressure pipeline in addition to the possibility of gasification of the above-mentioned towns will also increase the security of supply of gaseous fuel in the region of Southern Poland. The project will be implemented in less developed areas. Within the framework of the project, approx. 73 miles of gas grid.
