The scope of the project includes the reconstruction and expansion of the existing 110/15 kV power station Kąty Rybackie. This station is part of a distribution network at a voltage of 110 kV, where electricity is transformed to a voltage of 15 kV. 110/15 kV Kąty Rybackie station is located at ul. Field 38 in Rybacki Kąty on plot No. 73/4, area 0002 Rybacka. The land is in perpetual use of ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A. (No. of the perpetual book GD2M/00039373/3). Aim of the Project: “Expansion of 110/15 kV Power Station Kąty Rybackie (GPZ)” is to ensure security of electricity supply for approx. 7.5 thousand customers located in the Wiślana Mierze, in the area of current power supply of GPZ Kąty Rybackie. The necessity of implementing the Project results: • due to the impossibility of maintaining the quality parameters of electricity for customers located in the power area of GPZ Rybackie in case of failure of the only 16 MVA transformer of that station (the analyses performed in this respect showed current overloads of SN lines and significant, unacceptable voltage decreases in the farthest nodes), • from the growing seasonal (summer) demand for electricity in the coastal zone due to the development of the tourist base in the region. The project will ensure a high level of security of supply for consumers and improve the efficiency of the system. Aim of the Project at the level of impact to minimise the possibility of failure of the 110/15 kV station’s devices Kąty Rybackie and to reduce the consequences of a possible failure, which should translate positively into the SAIDI indicator for the power supply area GPZ Angle Rybackie.
