The aim of the investment is to create in the unused and degraded authentic building of Fort B-66 (Chulmberg Gates) a composition of the Toruń Fortress Museum. The scope of the investment includes a restoration of the Chełmnia Gate Barrack with its surroundings, the purchase of permanent equipment and the preparation of the exhibition for the creation of the first in the region, which covers the broad themes of Toruń fortifications, the Toruń Fortress Museum, as well as the protection of the facility (technical monument) against destruction. The work will include: —reconstruction of the facility together with the original infrastructure (conservation work consisting of restoring the internal and external historical appearance of the building, -adaptation of the existing infrastructure), -adaptation of the areas adjacent to the operation of historical reconstruction groups, -adaptation of the area of the existing parking lot for the exposition of military equipment and the construction of lighting, fence and monitoring system, -development of plastic and executive design, costings and foreclosures; —purchases of necessary equipment for educational and cultural (museual) purposes – equipment elements will be purchased for the needs of the new permanent exhibition at the Museum of the Fortress of Toruń, connected with the theme of the Museum branch – the facility will be equipped with arrangement elements, equipment and multimedia programs.
