The project is the first stage of revitalisation of the building complex of Mill Rother, which is the last element of investment works to restore the glory of the Mill Island. This project consists of the preservation of the cultural heritage, which is the monument of the Grains and to give it a new cultural and educational function. As part of the project, construction and conservation works will be carried out in the Grain Grain, entered in the register of monuments of the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship under number A/328/8 (changed to A/773/8) with an area of 1008.03 m² and a cubicle of 18943.15 m³. Equipment and equipment necessary for cultural and educational activities will also be purchased. The implementation of the Project will create the conditions for presenting an attractive cultural offer addressed to a wide spectrum of visitors, taking into account different interests and levels of competence of the recipients. The project includes a cultural and educational offer covering the relaxation zone – "Wood Gardens. The States of Focus. There is also a multifunctional hall with the possibility of separating smaller spaces for the organisation of the festival office, temporary exhibitions, workshops, conferences, demonstrations, as well as an audiovisual hall and a participatory zone dedicated to temporary exhibitions.
