The project is of supraregional and strategic importance The main objective of the project is to: improving the organisation of the work of hospital emergency departments, which will improve the health safety of the public in the event of a life and health threat. The subject of the Project is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the “Patient Service Mode in the Hospital Rescue Department (TOPSOR)” system (hereinafter: In 232 hospital emergency departments in Poland. As part of the implementation of the project, the following will be: 1) purchased new queue system devices, 2) purchased software that allows to perform medical segregation and control systems with modules for generating reports and analyses, 3) conducted correctness tests (including compatibility with medical segregation system and cardiomonitors) and training for operators and administrators, 4) purchased license to use medical segregation system together with trainings for medical personnel, 5) purchased new card export software to enable medical card export, 6 purchased medical separation system with trainings for medical personnel, 5) pre-purchased new cardiomonitors and card exporters. This project has been divided into two deadlines: — until 1 October 2019 in 76 locations – until 31 August 2020 in 156 locations
