A standard access network configuration will be developed within the project; for each school, the information needed for the construction and modernisation of the access network according to a specific standard will be collected and then in these schools: appropriate equipment installed; the necessary access network infrastructure and, where technically feasible, reconfiguration of other devices working at school (adapting to the new access network) will be carried out. Appropriate central systems of the OSE operator will be installed to monitor and support the use of access networks by schools (including: network management, CRM, Contact Center systems). The construction of access networks in schools will be implemented in the design structures, in accordance with the methodology based on PRINCE2 standards, with the indicated project management and persons responsible for the implementation of specific technological areas. Once the implementation process is complete, the infrastructure and its services will be maintained by dedicated human resources. A centralised, multi-channel service of subcontractors of installation and configuration services, as well as end-users – schools, is planned, implemented through the Contact Centre. End-users will be able to report their problems via a service portal, by phone or by email. Acronym of the project – OSE-D
