The consolidation of the procedural action is necessary to properly document in the judicial file and to assess the accuracy of the proceedings carried out by the court. The aim of the project is to implement new ones and improve the quality and accessibility of existing public e-services in the common courts in Poland. The implementation of the project directly affects action 2.1 of the Digital Poland Operational Programme through the digitisation of new services and the provision of services for both the citizens and the judiciary and within the administration (in-administrative services) such as: oral justifications of court decisions, videoconferencing (including remote proof), remote trial and transcription, including using automatic speech recognition software, as well as by remote access at any time, to digital documents that are part of judicial files using the functionality of the Information Portal of the General Courts, and indirectly electronic Platform of Public Administration Services (ePUAP). In addition, the project is part of the following activities of the priority area of e-services “Justice and Judiciary” identified in the POPC: • recording audio-video hearings in civil and misdemeanor cases (full recording of the actual course of hearings), • carrying out judicial actions (e.g. interviewing witnesses, experts and parties to proceedings) at a distance using videoconferencing systems. This authorises the conclusion that the project is part of both the creation or development of public e-services (A2B, A2C). Actions in the project will increase the effectiveness, quality and efficiency of activities and will influence the reorganisation and optimisation of current processes at the judiciary interface with entrepreneurs and individuals and between public institutions.
