Modernisation and implementation of new solutions and e-services in the System of Integrated Communications of the Polish ICT network number 112

The main objective of the project is to: improve public security by improving communication and making new e-services available to citizens and public administrations within the framework of the OST 112. The main objective will be achieved through specific objectives: 1. Improving access to public e-services for citizens under the OST 112 CMS with a particular focus on the needs of people with disabilities (through the implementation of A2C services); 2. Improving communication between police staff, individual units and cells of institutions appointed to provide assistance (through the implementation of A2A services); 3. Increasing the capacity of public entities to provide new e-services through the implementation of new A2A e-services; 4. Adapting the infrastructure of ICT systems to enable the launch of new e-services in SZK OST 112. The main tasks of the project are: Preparation of project implementation, Selection of Contract Engineer, Implementation of System Project, Implementation and implementation of the system, Project Promotion, Training, Project Management – reporting and financial accounts. The project is aimed at all citizens using police services and services related to OST 112, in particular for people with disabilities. The project will also benefit from public institutions linked to OST 112, which will be able to launch and provide A2C e-services for grey customers with the help of A2A e-services.The project will include 6 A2C e-services and 7 A2A e-services. The project will include e-services for people with disabilities (deaf) to communicate with the administration through videoconferencing with a sign language interpreter, contact via SMS with Child Alert. The project will purchase and implement an integrated ICT system and the hardware and software necessary to provide e-services. The infrastructure will be located in 2 Data Center, located in 2 locations in Warsaw.
