PROJECT “E-BLOOD – COMPUTERISATION OF THE PUBLIC BLOOD SERVICE AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUPERVISION OF THE KINGDOM”

The e-Krew project is part of Measure 2.1 of the Digital Poland Operational Programme, where the planned electronic services will increase the availability of services for citizens, as well as their quality and efficiency.Development of assumptions, formulas of implementation and scope of the Project was preceded by an analysis of the needs and expectations of stakeholders in terms of requirements related to the improvement of processes related to blood donation and blood treatment with the use of IT tools. The reported needs of stakeholders have been assigned to the main groups of recipients of the Project:• Potential Blood Donors,• Blood Donors, • PWDL,• CKiK,• Institutions supervising the public blood service system: In the framework of the e-Crew Project, an IT system will be built in order to support the idea of realisation of the project and the identified needs of stakeholders through the provision of the following e-services for the business processes of public blood services:• PB.01 – Reconstruction of the visit carried out within the framework of the service eU.01.• establishment of the services provided by eU.02 – Profiled information, carried out as part of the service eU.02.• PB.03 – Obtaining the certificate, carried out as part of the service eU. A2B services for medicinal entities and A2C services addressed to donors and donor candidates.
