The MPPC project aims at digitisation, thus optimising and simplifying the process of taking up work by foreigners, as well as exchanging information about foreigners entering work in Poland and about entrepreneurs acquiring foreigners as employees. The digitisation of the employment service process will be supported by legal regulations introduced on 1 January 2018, aimed at sealing procedures and processes in matters concerning employment of foreigners in Poland. The implementation of the project will, among others, contribute to: 1. make it easier for entrepreneurs to acquire foreign-employers in the era of dynamically developing economy and existing labour shortages on the Polish labour market and to reduce the costs of this process; 2. making it easier for foreigners to carry out official procedures connected with taking up work in Poland; 3. improving the quality and access to data of foreign workers and employers entrusting them with work; 4. Improving the flow of information about residence for gainful purposes and work of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland; 5. to improve the verification of the reliability of employers, thereby increasing control and elimination of fraudulent employers, as well as their false statements; 6. sealing and increasing the efficiency of the system of admission of foreigners to the labour market in Poland and preventing uncontrolled migration. The purpose of the MPPC project will be achieved through the implementation of e-services A2B and A2C, which can be used by entrepreneurs applying for employment of foreigners and foreigners themselves, and A2A e-services dedicated to public administration entities involved in issuing and enforcing the implementation of decisions concerning work and residence for profit purposes of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland, i.e. Poviat Labour Offices, Provincial Offices, Border Guard, Office for Foreigners, State Labour Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, Police, etc.
