ENTREPRENEUR’S ACCOUNT – ONLINE SERVICES FOR COMPANIES IN ONE PLACE

The aim of the project is to improve the establishment and conduct of business in Poland through the Information Point for the Entrepreneur, together with the Company Account, where the data needed to provide services will be stored and presented. In addition, it is also planned to create a communication channel between entrepreneurs and the SME Ombudsman. The provision of planned e-services and consolidation of services will create a central place for entrepreneurs wishing to handle business online. Thanks to integration with WK and e-delivery, the Company’s Account will become a starting point for fulfilling tasks both on Biznes.gov.pl and other e-administration services. Registration data and information entered by users will be consolidated and structured so that they will facilitate the completion of subsequent forms and allow presentation of personalised content and notifications. The Company’s account will also enable proxys and representatives of companies to handle matters and update CEIDG register data. All e-services and information available at Biznes.gov.pl will be created according to the applicable guidelines Design System gov.pl, which will improve their availability and support for users with lower level of digital skills. Consolidating e-services into a single system will allow for technological unification and simplification of system architecture, which will translate into a lower cost of living. The main recipients of the Project are present entrepreneurs (approx. 224 thousand), future entrepreneurs (300 thousand), representatives of entrepreneurs (48 thousand companies) and officials using the CEIDG system (20 thousand people) – estimates and data based on information from CEIDG in 2018. Implementation of the Entrepreneur’s Account (two A2B services will be launched: online business support and online handling of applications and issues to the Ombudsman of Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurs), Training and Promotion.
