The aim of the project is to continue building the version of the target Information Point. Telecommunications (PIT) enabling the President of UKE to fulfil the statutory obligations arising from the Act of 7 May 2010 on supporting the development of telecommunications services and networks (Dz. U. 2016. 1537, with late.). The need to activate the PIT is also due to the implementation of Articles 4, 6, 7 and 10 of Directive 2014/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on measures to reduce the cost of high-speed electronic communications networks (OJ 15 May 2014). PIT is intended to provide every telecommunications operator, unless it endangers the security of the state, to the information held by the President of UKE: within the scope of the procedures and formalities required before the commencement of construction works concerning telecommunications infrastructure, during their execution and to their termination and commencement of use of this infrastructure; obtained as a result of the inventory referred to in Article 29 1 of the Act on supporting the development of telecommunications services and networks; existing technical infrastructure other than those covered by the inventory referred to in Article 29. 1 of the Act on supporting the development of telecommunications services and networks, as well as on technological channels. The following actions are planned in 2019: 1) final reception of the PIT System with instructions for users and administrators of the System, 2) elaboration of the data model collected under the Data Warehouse System operating in UKE, 3) conducting development work of the System, 4) organisation of information meetings and presentation of the system at industry conferences, 5) synchronisation of the production version of PIT with KGESUT and/or district resources.
