The main objective of the project is to provide the necessary human resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the Public Procurement Office in the implementation of cohesion policy activities in the financial perspective 2014 to 2020. The project will finance the salaries of eligible staff in accordance with the principles described in the “Guidelines for the Use of Technical Assistance Measures 2014-2020”.
