The aim of the action is to ensure that workers involved in the implementation of cohesion policy have the conditions to carry out their tasks, in particular by ensuring the possibility of continuous upgrading of qualifications and by equipping workstations, providing computer equipment and providing adequate office space. The project will be implemented by employees of the Department of Procurement Control co-financed by the EU funds, the Department of Emergency Control, the Legal Department, the European Union Department and International Cooperation. Eligibility of expenditure under POPT 2014-2020. a). rental – eligibility is calculated as the ratio of eligible posts to all posts and this percentage will be settled in rent invoices. This percentage will be verified at least quarterly (for each payment application), b). Training – 100 % if the level of job eligibility is equal to or greater than 50 %. For jobs with an eligibility level of less than 50 %, the training costs directly linked to the implementation of the Cohesion Policy Funds are eligible in 100 %. The costs of other training shall be eligible according to the level of job eligibility. c. purchase of equipment and computer kits including software – 100 % if the level of job eligibility is equal to or greater than 50 %. In the case of jobs whose level of eligibility is less than 50 %, the eligible costs shall be in accordance with the level of eligibility of the job.
