The aim of the project is to provide support for the functioning of the POPT Managing Authority in the following areas: 1. Organisation of meetings of POPT Monitoring Committees, including: costs of organising meetings, reimbursement of travel expenses of members of the Committees, translation during meetings and materials for the European Commission, preparation and printing of materials for the meetings of the HM, training of members of the MF, expert opinion for the needs of the members of the IM. 2. National visits of IZ POPT staff related, inter alia, to the carrying out of the on-the-spot implementation of projects and with the participation of representatives of the POPT IZ in meetings outside Warsaw (costs: travel, diets, overnight stays). 3. Foreign delegations of staff of IZ POPT related in particular to participation in meetings e.g. with the European Commission and other meetings abroad, etc. (costs: travel, diets and overnight stays). 4. Analyses, evaluations and expertise related to activities carried out by IZ POPT. The frequency of expertise carried out as well as their subject matter will depend on the emerging necessity. 5. Organisation of meetings for the purpose of the OPPT, in particular the organisation of meetings coordinating technical assistance, meetings of the Steering Group. Technical assistance, meetings with beneficiaries. 6. Interpretation and translation (according to current demand). 7. Preparation, reproduction and distribution of working and information materials, reports and reports. 8. Implementation of evaluation for POPT. 9. Financing of the cost of closing the POPT 2007-2013.
