The aim of the project is to support the functioning of the Department as an institution responsible for implementing, monitoring and implementing the cohesion policy objectives, as well as the EU 2020 strategy, SRC 2020, SSR 2010-2020, NCP 2030, AT EU 2020 and the future EU Urban Agenda for Planning and Land use at all levels of development management, national, regional, local and functional, as well as urban policy and revitalisation, including support for innovative actions. Changes to the spatial governance system will include the introduction to strategic planning of the interdependence of spatial and regional policy objectives, including the drafting of new legislation and the adaptation of the law to the requirements of the new system. The implementation of the above actions will be supported by cooperation with the government and local government, experts and entities in the field of spatial planning and development, urban policy and revitalisation. Developing networks in this area, promoting good practices, developing model solutions, including the organisation of meetings, conferences and seminars will increase the efficiency of the use of EU funds for urban development and revitalisation. These actions shall promote sustainable development and coordination of cohesion policy with national, sectoral and regional policies, in its urban and territorial dimensions and their integration into operational programmes, contributing to the implementation of the Partnership Agreement.
