The aim of the project is to support DSR as IS UP in the preparation, management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and management coordination of the PU in the following areas: — development policy, including the implementation of all-development strategies at European and national level (SORs), taking into account the territorial dimension (COM, ROT, KFT); — national regional and urban policy, including preparation of the update of the NSRB; — Cohesion Policy (PS), including the shaping and negotiation of future prospects for the SEEs; — tasks arising from the participation of PL in the implementation of the Europe 2020 Strategy within the framework of the European Semester, preparation and monitoring of implementation of the NRP and monitoring of the implementation of the EU Council recommendations for Poland. The project will support selected projects identified in the SOR (according to the annex) aimed at supporting the implementation of FVCs, strategic debate on issues relevant to the implementation of FVCs and preparing a base for future intervention of FVCs. The implementation of the actions will be supported by cooperation with the government and local government, experts and entities coordinating cohesion policy with policies: national, sectoral, macro-regional and supraregional by financing the costs of all organisational and administrative activities related to the implementation of the PPO, participation of PL in interregional and international cooperation programmes, including URBACT, V4+ 4, as well as cooperation in strengthening and monitoring changes in territorial structures, urban policy and revitalisation, and participation in expert and working groups. Developing networks of cooperation in the above-mentioned areas, promoting good practices, developing model solutions, including the organisation of meetings, conferences and seminars. These actions support sustainable development and coordination of SEEs with national, sectoral and regional policies included in the OP, contributing to the implementation of PP.
