The aim of the project is to develop the potential of urban policy actors in the territorial dimension of cohesion policy. The activities will be addressed to JSTs, their associations and other actors carrying out tasks to achieve the main objective of the project. They will focus, among other things, on strengthening the competences of beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries, increasing effectiveness in the application and implementation of projects and promoting best practices and experience in urban policy. In addition, a mechanism will be set up to prepare JSTs for the implementation of investments in the new EU financial perspective 2021-2027, so-called project pipeline. The support is aimed at strengthening the administrative capacity of SSTs and other actors. The planned activities include cooperation with experts, organisation of conferences, meetings, study visits and other forms of exchange of experience. Pilot projects can also be implemented.
