As a result of the project, a significantly improved TRIPLE PLAY+ service will be implemented to the Applicant’s offer, representing at least an innovation on the company scale. This service will enable customers to offer additional values in relation to existing values in all areas, i.e. internet, television, telephone. A significantly improved service will be based on 3 main features and functionality: — The use of the customer’s PORTAL – remote SUPPORT – NEW GENERAL TRIPLE PLAY+ functionality can be offered to customers together as well as individually. The recipients of the implemented services will be both individual and institutional clients. The outlet of the service implemented will be the domestic market. The implementation of the TRIPLE PLAY+ service is a direct consequence of the actions recommended in STRATEGIA, developed within Stage I of OP 1.4. The service fully responds to the identified needs of the target group, while allowing KOBA to maintain its competitive position in the ICT services market. Moreover, the implementation of the project has a positive impact on the implementation of the EU horizontal rules set out in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
