The project is located on the territory of the Bialystok district of Wasilków and Supraśl from Białystok through Nowodworce, Ogrodniczka, Krasne and Supraśl. Includes the building and expansion. DW 676, along with roads of engineers and necessary infrastr. tech. na odc Bialystok-Supraśl along with bypass m. Ogrodniczka i Krasne (estakada) by approx. It’s 9,75 miles. The beginning in km 10+ 195 of the existing road and the end is approx. 19 + 939 (link to DW No.676 completed in 2013-14 in Supraśl construction roundabout). Scope: — extension of the road to 2 carriageways (2x7.00 m (2x3.5m) and a section belt of min. 4.0 m over 2605 m long from km 10 + 195 to km approx. 12+ 800) and then 1 belt with extension of the surface to 7.0 per unit from km 12 + 800 to the end of the study together with the increase of load capacity to 115kN – building of bypasses m. Gardenernica and m. Krasne(estakada) – fortification of sideways for class G – building roads of buildings inż. — correction of non-normative arches, item and vertical. — building or remodeling bus bays. — building of single or bilateral sidewalks in built-up area, – expansion of the existing and building. new drainage system of the road body. together with the drainage of water out of the lane. — construction of individual and public exits, – extension of intersections with dr. another category, – construction of bays for weighing vehicles – refurbishment of parking bays in the city of Supraśl. The Project Effect: construction of new roads of the voivodship length approx. 2.51 km and redevelopment of the roads of the voivodship approx. 7.24 km, time savings in transport after 2019 will amount to approx. 31 % of the costs and load capacity will increase to 115 kN/axis. The public nature of the road guarantees equal and unlimited access for all users, including: residents of Białystok and neighbouring towns, commuting to work or using health care or offices in Białystok so-called: local (economic) traffic – road users including transit traffic – potential and current investors and their counterparties using infrastructure; — tourists visiting the region, – emergency services and others.
