Construction of a new course of DW 764 in Kielce on the section from the intersection of ul. Tarnowska Street. Vapiennikowa (DK 73) to the Fourth Round

The project consists of the construction of a new mileage of DW 764 in Kielce. The investment begins at the intersection of Al. FR. Jerzy Popiełuszko and St. Tarnowska (DK 73) from ul. It’s a limestone. A new section of the road will be conducted from the side of this intersection (ul. W. Pilecki) is a new line of DW 764. The end of the section will be the intersection of the streets: Wrzosowa, Rowecki Grotto and the Polish Army – Rondo Czwartaków. The project includes construction until 2018. Rotister W. Pilecki, with a length of 1.5 km, together with necessary works including the construction of streets: People’s Army/bis, Dojazdowa nr 1 and Dojazdowa nr 2, expansion of ul. Polish and Łukowa Army and reconstruction of intersections of this sequence with ul. Tarnowskaya, Al. FR. J. Popiełuszko, Wapiennikowa, J. Karski, Polish Army, Wrzosowa and Gen. The Grotto of Rowecki. These streets are an inseparable part of the new section with the existing road network. It is also planned to build a bus loop, bus-belts, a bicycle path, a parking lot. The implementation of the project will improve communication connections with settlements located in the area of investment, as well as with neighbouring municipalities (Daleszyce, Morawica), which, through this road and further investments within the framework of Stage II and Stage III of the Integrated Project, will obtain a more efficient and safer connection with Kielce – the core of Kielce Functional Area (KOF) and national road No. 73. The project will affect the city of Kielce and KOF, therefore the main recipients will be present and future: residents of Kielce and KOF, economic operators from Kielce and KOF, tourists visiting Kielce and KOF. On the subst. Gus Bank of Regional Data 2014 identified the potential impact of the project: I'm sorry. KOF (with Kielce) – 1340 km², the number of inhabitants of KOF (with Kielce) – 339,549 people. Another group of customers will be those travelling in this area, for whom the road will be transiting to the national road network, including TEN-T.
