This investment consists of construction on the new track, section DW 765, which is the northern bypass of the town Chmielnik, with a total length of about 2.67 km. DW 765, which is the subject of the project, runs through Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship on a 54 km long section connecting Chmielnik and Osiek. The project under examination concerns the construction of a bypass in Chmielnik. In addition, it is planned to extend the DK 73 national road over a distance of about 1.4 km. Access roads with a total length of about 6.5 km were also designed, walking and cycling routes along access roads and pavements, bus bays with platforms. As part of this investment, the construction of an engineering facility – viaduct over the county road No. 0355T, in the town of Suchowola, in the commune of Chmielnik is planned. Access to the ring road will only be possible through the intersections of the ring road with: —National road No. 73, poviat without number (ul. Kielce), access to the Suchowola Mine, -Poviat road No. 0022T (ul. Lubańska), -ul. Szydłowska and the existing provincial road No. 765. In the areas of intersections to public roads the inclusion of access roads has been designed. The bypass will cross without collision with: by District Road No 0355T (ul. It’s Pierzchnicka. Project indicators The total length of built voivodship roads – 2.67 km The total length of rebuilt national roads – 1.41 km The users of the project will be participants of road traffic on this section of the road, i.e. drivers, passengers, cyclists and pedestrians. The construction of the bypass and its connection with existing transport lines will affect the economic development and attractiveness of the region and the areas associated with the roads: national No. 73 and 78 and Voivodeship No. 765. As a result of the project, the road capacity will be increased. This will save time in passenger and freight transport and improve travel comfort. The construction of the Chmielnik bypass will improve the safety of road users and residents of the city.
