The investment is located in the eastern part of Olsztyn and constitutes a necessary link between the road system within the DK51 with the southern Olsztyn ring road implemented by GDDKiA during the DK16, connected with the removal of motor traffic from the city. The basic scope of the Project includes: Task 1: Construction of Towarowa Street on the section from the junction of Towarowa Street with Buddowlana Street to the design Olsztyn ring road: —construction and reconstruction of junctions with Buddowlana Street and Cementowa Street – construction of service roads, bicycle paths and sidewalks, bus bays, exits and viaduct -construction of conflicting infrastructure – demolition of conflicting buildings and engineering facilities – tree section and new green plantings Task 2: Reconstruction of Towarowa Street from the intersection of Towarowa Street with ul. These are the construction of a section of 29 m of Buddowlana Street and a reservoir with canals. As a result of the project, 0.39 km of new national roads of class G 2/2 (2 roads each with 2 lanes) with design speed of 50 km/h and a load capacity of 115 kN/axis and 2.17 km rebuilt to higher parameters of national roads, as well as 3.04 km necessary for proper operation of ul. Lower-category roads of goods. The main users of the series will be residents of Olsztyn and its functional area, entrepreneurs and tourists.
