The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Toruń County, including those with disabilities registered with PUPs as unemployed, of whom at least 60 % are non-participants in education and training (NEETs), as defined by NEETs in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020. The project sets minimum employment efficiency thresholds for each target group and will comply with the applicable performance thresholds set out in the IZ OP WER Communication. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUPs for PT will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The following shall be implemented: training courses (approximately 1 m-c), traineeships (up to 6 months), intervention work (10 months, including 6 refunds for the first 6 months of employment), the allocation of one-off measures for taking up economic activity together with training and reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The project will be implemented in accordance with the social, economic and environmental factors, by ensuring a balance between the above factors.Due to the nature of the project and its object, there is no negative impact on the environment.
