The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Pułtuskie County. The main result of the project will be at least 17 % of the disabled, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of those not eligible for any of the listed target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology included in the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market area 2014-2020) and registered in the PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
