The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Warsaw.The main result of the project will be to undertake employment.For at least 17 % of people with disabilities,35 % debt.,48 % of people with low qualifications and 43 % of people not eligible for any of the listed target groups taking part in the project (according to the methodology of measurement in the area of employment. The project will support people under 30 years of age qualified for the aid profile I(so-called active unemployed) or profile II(so-called “requiring support”).As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and occupational problems of the participant concerned. The objective of the project is in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF funds in the labour market area for the years 2014-2020 and will be implemented in accordance with the abovementioned guidelines.The result of the training will be to obtain qualifications or competences confirmed by the relevant document (e.g. certificate) confirming the achievement of qualifications within the meaning of the Guidelines for monitoring the progress of the operational programme for the period 2014-2020. The qualification shall be verified each time by carrying out an appropriate examination in the form of an examination.
