The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Wrocław County and the district of Wrocław. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: ? 17 % of people with disabilities to complete the project? 35 % of the long-term unemployed who end their participation in the project? 48 % of low-skilled people to complete the project? 43 % of non-eligible persons who will end their participation in the project. Participants of the project will be young people aged 18-29 years registered in the District Labour Office in Wrocław as unemployed persons (who belong to the I or II aid profile) residing in the Wrocław County and the district of Wrocław, who do not participate in education and training of the so-called NEET youth according to the definition of NEETs in the category NEETs adopted in PO WER 2014-2020. In total, 400 people will join the project, including 262 women and 138 men. Each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. Individual and comprehensive vocational and educational activation of young people will be implemented based on: The help profile? Individual Plan of Action, intermediation of work and/or professional guidance. On this basis, the Authority will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The high quality of employment will be guaranteed by presenting job vacancies that are part of the PO WER in this respect. Project participants will receive support in the implementation of the following tasks: Traineeships? one-off measures for taking up business activity, job intermediation or career guidance.
