The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Wrocław County and the district of Wrocław. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: ? 17 % of people with disabilities to complete the project? 35 % of the long-term unemployed who end their participation in the project? 48 % of low-skilled people to complete the project? 43 % of non-eligible persons who will end their participation in the project. Support will be granted to young people aged 18-29 who are registered in PUP Wrocław as unemployed (members of the I or II aid profile) residing in Wrocław County and Wrocław County, who do not participate in education and training of the so-called NEETs according to the definition of NEETs from the category NEETs adopted in PO WER 2014-2020. In total, 881 people will join the project, including 467 women and 3414 men. Each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. Individual and comprehensive vocational and educational activation of young people will be implemented based on: The help profile? Individual Plan of Action, intermediation of work or professional guidance. On this basis, the Authority will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
