The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Torun County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: — 43 % of the unemployed who, after their participation in the project, took up work with the exclusion of the disabled, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled, – 17 % of the disabled who took up work after the end of their participation in the project – 35 % of the long-term unemployed who, after the completion of their participation in the project, took up employment, – 36 % of the low-skilled people who had completed their participation in the project. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The following shall be implemented: training(training period-approximately 1 month), traineeships (period of traineeship up to 6 months), intervention work(intervention work period 9 months – including 6 refunds for the first 6 months of employment) and the allocation of one-off measures for taking up a business activity.
