Activation of young people who are unemployed in Toruń County (II)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age who are unemployed in Toruń County, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs), as defined by NEETs in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020. The project assumes a minimum level of employment efficiency criterion (see result indicators). Support will be provided to people under the age of 29 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUPs for PT will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The following shall be implemented: training courses (approximately 1 m-c), traineeships (up to 6 months), intervention work (9 months, including 6 refunds for the first 6 months of employment) and the allocation of one-off funds for setting up a business activity together with training. The project will be implemented in accordance with the social, economic and environmental factors, by ensuring a balance between the above factors. Due to the nature of the project and its object, there is no negative impact on the environment.
