The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under 30 years of age who are unemployed in Chełm County and MChełm County. The result of the project will be to take up employment by people with disabilities of at least 17 %, a person’s debt. unemployment at a level of at least 35 %, people with low qualifiers at a level of at least 48 % and persons not eligible for any of the above-mentioned groups at the level of at least 43 %. The project will support 570 people under 30 years. (318K/252M) qualified for Prof. I (so-called active unemployed) or prof. II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, Chełm’s butts will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
