The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Steering District. The main result of the project will be the employment of 40 % of the long-term unemployed, 22 % of the disabled, 53 % of the low-skilled, and 48 % of those not eligible for any of the above mentioned groups of participants. The project will support people under the age of 30 who have an I or II aid profile. Presenting a specific offer of professional activation for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of their skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP in Szczytno will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The project will be attended by 342 young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed, registered in the Poviat Labour Office as an unemployed form (as part of the I or II aid profile) who do not participate in education and training (so-called “young people” in NEET). traineeships for 191 persons, b) training vouchers for 10 persons, c) settlement vouchers for 23 persons, d) co-financing for business activity for 17 persons, e) training indicated by the unemployed person for 52 persons, (f) intervention work for 45 persons, (g) traineeship vouchers for 11 persons.
