The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Szczecin County. The main result of the project will be to achieve employability by taking up employment by project participants registered in PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
