The project is aimed at 264 people aged 15-29 who belong to the NEET group, i.e. people who do not have active activity both in the field of work and in the field of education. Support in the project may be extended not only to persons registered in employment offices as unemployed, but also to inactive persons who do not appear in public registers. The aim of the project is to integrate inactive young people into the professional environment and educate through diverse activation activities, tailored to their individual needs. Each participant will be able to benefit from one or more forms of support specified in the project. The participant will be able to acquire new professional qualifications through participation in professional courses. He will also be able to acquire computer or linguistic competences that will enable him to function more efficiently in his professional life. Some participants will be able to benefit from co-financing to set up their own business. In this respect, they will receive comprehensive support to provide them with a basis for sustainable activities. The project also plans to assist the job intermediary and trainer in search of work and adaptation in the workplace, as well as participation in workshops looking for work to support participants in taking up work. Selected participants will be able to gain new professional experience and practical skills through participation in traineeships. As a result of the traineeship, participants will overcome one of the main problems on the labour market of young people, i.e. lack of experience.
