The project is aimed at 60 people leaving penitentiary or investigative detentions, aged 18-29, who do not participate in education and training, from the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.The aim of the project is to integrate non-working young people into the professional environment and educate through diverse activating activities tailored to their individual needs.Each participant will receive individual support from a professional advisor, resulting in a choice of support path, tailored to the needs and opportunities of the participant. Each person will have the opportunity to take advantage of one or more forms of support specified in the project.Participants will be able to benefit from support in the form of:- vocational courses, at which they will be able to gain new qualifications or professional competences- traineeships, which serve to gain professional experience- job intermediation, i.e. assistance in search of a job, and the psychologist’s preparation for interviews to interview with the employer- to advise and support in the field of entrepreneurship and to prepare for the establishment of their own company- grants for starting business activity and the case of financial support in the initial period of the company- take-up of the participation of the employees in particular.
