The project is aimed at 100 people leaving prisons or investigative detentions, aged 17-29 without a job, who do not participate in education and training which live in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship. Each participant will receive individual support from a professional advisor at the very beginning of participation in the project and psychological support. Participants will be assisted in choosing an individual path of personal and professional development and support in search of work. The individual action plan will result in a selection of support paths for each participant, tailored to their needs and capabilities. Each participant will be able to benefit from one or more forms of support specified in the project. The participant will be able to acquire new or upgrade their professional qualifications by using a training voucher. Selected participants of the project will be supported by mentors and will take part in workshops on social competences and job search workshops. These actions are aimed at breaking down personality barriers that hamper the functioning of the labour market and society. Selected participants will be able to gain new professional experience through participation in traineeships, which will last 3 to 6 months. In this way, they will be able to address the biggest problem of young people on the labour market, namely a lack of professional experience. For the five most enterprising participants, grants for setting up their own company and bridge support were planned, consisting of financing the most important costs of doing business, during the period of development of the company. The aim of the project is that all project participants receive, within 4 months of their participation in the project, an offer of employment, training, traineeship or other forms of professional activation.
