The main objective of the project is to increase the scope and relevance of the activation offer towards the most vulnerable young people on the labour market by developing 1 sets of recommendations for IRP by 1 partnerships (consisting of entities dealing with youth issues, IRP, institutions of assistance and social inclusion, entities operating in the education system and employers’ organisations) and transfer them to 300 IRP from Świętokrzyskie Voivodship by XII 2016. The partnership will consist of 7 entities: Association Education via the Internet (EPI), Foundation You can More (FMW) – (entities dealing with youth issues), Provincial Labour Office in Kielce (WUP) and Municipal Labour Office in Kielce (MUP) – IRP, Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Kielce (MOPR) – IPS, Jan Kochanowski University: Faculty of Pedagogical and Artistics (UJK) – entity operating in the education system, Świętokrzyski Association of Private Employers Lewiatan (LEW) – org. employers. The composition of the partnership is the minimum directory required by the IOK. The development of a set of recommendations will be preceded by an in-depth analysis of the situation of young people in the most vulnerable situation on the labour market. Through available reports, databases, strategies and in particular direct contacts between partnerships and interviewers, sub-reports will be produced, which will be the basis for developing recommendations. The recommendation set itself will be developed by the Expert Group on 10 meetings under the supervision of the moderator. The target group of the project is the intentions of the Labour Market from Świętokrzyskie voivodship. Recommendations will be issued in the form of publications in both paper and electronic versions. They will be transferred to the Labour Market Institutions operating in Świętokrzyskie voivodship: personally at 4 consultation meetings (100 IRP), also sent by post and electronically (200 IRP).
