Study on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in public institutions in Świętokrzyskie voivodship.

The aim of the project is to analyse the implemented tasks in 50 units of government and local government administration of Świętokrzyskie voivodship and to develop recommendations and recommendations for these units in terms of alignment with the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the period from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2018. Number of institutions that have used the recommendations made to change the scope of the tasks carried out: 40 Number of institutions reviewing tasks with a view to alignment with the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: 50 The project concerns one voivodship: Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and will be implemented in the area of this province. The project of a provincial character will concern monitoring activities of government administration units operating in the field and local government in terms of the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities.The project involves reviewing tasks in 50 units of government administration operating in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, with a view to adapting to the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, i.e. the project includes: carrying out an analysis of the tasks of selected units of government and local government administration, drafting for all entities subject to the review of recommendations, recommendations in terms of alignment with the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. When preparing the recommendation, the applicant included the standard of recommendation, which was specified in the rules of the competition.Verification or institutions in which the task review was carried out used the developed recommendations to change the scope of the tasks carried out.
