The project “Developing and piloting a model of comprehensive rehabilitation enabling you to take up or return to work” provides for the development and testing of a model of comprehensive rehabilitation, facilitating the taking up or return to social or professional activity of persons who, as a result of an injury, diagnosed illness or disability, innate or acquired during development, cannot continue or undertake social roles and continue or engage in professional activity. This model is intended to allow the preparation of a person who, as a result of an injury or diagnosed illness or innate disability or acquired during the development period, is at risk or affected by a long-term or permanent loss of the possibility of social roles and employment, to return to the performance of social and professional roles or to take up the establishment of the Social Fund’s policies, based on the analysis, evaluation and development of its individual potential, psychophysical characteristics and held personal and professional competences with the use of ICF.
