The main objective of the project is to facilitate the socio-professional integration of people with the needs of support for mobility through the provision of individual door-to-door transport services by local self-government units and improving the accessibility of multi-family residential buildings.The target group (grants and participants) of the project will be local self-government units (communities, unions and agreements between municipalities, districts and associations and agreements of the districts), which within the project will be implemented by door-to-door transport services. preparation of guidelines, guide for JSTs and full documentation of the JST grant competition, including guidelines for applicants to prepare an integrated concept of passenger transport with reduced mobility. An electronic generator of applications, accounts and reports will also be prepared. The next stage of the project will be implemented by grant recipients all projects, i.e. the launch of door-to-door services and implementation of improvements in multi-family residential buildings, in the number of: 150 door-to-door transport services for people with reduced mobility and 160 improvements introduced in multi-family buildings and public utility for people with reduced mobility (it is assumed that at least 1920 people will benefit from infrastructure increasing the accessibility of buildings).In the last stage, an evaluation of the project will be carried out to examine the effectiveness of activities and to formulate conclusions and recommendations for public authorities and social partners on an optimal model of operation and financing of door-to-door services.
