The first component will identify existing sources of administrative data, surveys carried out within the framework of public statistics and regional research, the use of which will serve to monitor the social economy sector. The sources identified will be verified for their availability, quality, reliability, comparison and disaggregation, etc. The second component will develop a methodology for collecting, integrating and processing data that can be obtained from administrative sources and data obtained from surveys conducted by public statistics. A diagnosis of the range of available data will identify information gaps which may hinder the creation of a comprehensive monitoring system for the ES sector. In addition, indicators will be calculated and the concept of an online tool to collect data on the ES sector will be developed. In the third component, based on identified information gaps, a pilot study will be carried out to collect missing data. Data from administrative sources and data collected from the research project will be developed in such a way that they can be placed in an online database tool. In addition, the implementation component will develop indicator sheets for the social economy monitoring system; the Charter for Social Economics Research will be prepared and training will be carried out for employees of public statistics. As part of the last component, in the form of a website, a tool for presenting aggregated data on social economy will be made available. In addition, training will be organised and carried out for 150 staff of public institutions with data to obtain information about the ES sector and using an online tool.
